Fuma Food offers a comprehensive selection for sushi and gastronomy supplies: from rice and fish to practical to-go packaging and bags – everything restaurants and catering companies need for the preparation and sale of sushi.

Make sure you already have an online account that has been activated by us. If you don’t have an account yet, you can register at any time. If you already have an online account and have forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions.

Order

There is usually a minimum order value on fuma-food.de only for individual items, which are clearly and distinctly marked accordingly. 

Gift vouchers are currently not available. However, promotional codes can be used.  

If you want to redeem a promotional coupon, simply enter it in the order summary under "Redeem Code." If the coupon code doesn't work, please check the validity and conditions:

  • Is there a minimum order value for the coupon? 
  • Are you still within the promotion period? 
  • Is the code valid for the items in your shopping cart? 

Have you checked for any typing errors? If you have considered all of this and the coupon code still doesn't work, feel free to contact us by email at info@fuma-food.com and let us know which items and quantities you want to order. 

Basically, yes. As long as the goods have not yet been shipped or packaged, it is possible to cancel or change the order.

Payment & Shipping

You can find all payment information here.

Depending on your location and region, delivery is made via DPD, DPD Food Express, or by freight forwarder. We also deliver directly within a certain radius. Not fast enough? Pickup at our location is also possible. More detailed shipping information can be found here.

Is the billing address for your order going to be different from the delivery address? No problem! You can simply enter a different delivery address during the ordering process. That way, your package will be delivered exactly where you need it.
