Shipment

The available shipping methods depend on the contents of your shopping cart, for example, whether frozen goods are included. Depending on the shipment volume, we ship via parcel service or freight forwarding.

Please note that for larger orders, starting from approximately 10 sales units (VEs), your order may automatically be shipped via freight forwarding. In this case, we need to receive your order by 11:00 a.m. at the latest in order to ship it the same day. For logistical reasons, same-day delivery is not possible.

Shipping costs plus statutory VAT are based on the net order value from the respective warehouse location.

According to our General Terms and Conditions, free returns are possible if there are defects for which we are responsible. After you have received the delivered items, please check them immediately for completeness, transport damage, and quality. If any shortages or defects are found, please notify us within 14 days.
We will coordinate replacement deliveries, returns, and any corresponding refunds with you. If you wish to return goods for other reasons, such as an incorrect order, please inform us.
If we decide to accept a return as a goodwill gesture, please send the goods back to our warehouse at your own expense, sealed in the original outer packaging and with all contents intact.

Please note: In commercial trade, there is no legal right of withdrawal. Therefore, B2B customers are advised to carefully check all products before placing an order, as returns based on the right of withdrawal are not provided for. We recommend contacting our customer service before purchase to clarify any questions or uncertainties and to ensure that the selected items meet your individual requirements.
In contrast, consumers in the B2C sector have the legal right to exercise their right of withdrawal within a specified period. Customers can withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, please inform us in writing of your decision.
